Located in the Brazilian Central Plateau, Grota House was designed on a site with occupancy restrictions due to its partial location within a permanent preservation area.

The design was carried out to preserve the existing creek and native forest, and to make them the focal points of the views offered by the building’s openings.

Furthermore, the client requested a modular house that could be built in stages and should include a swimming pool for daily swimming activities.
